Well I finally made my goal of visiting all of the National Parks with a visit to Glacier National Park. You know what they say about saving the best for last! Glacier is far and away the most beautiful of our Parks. No matter where you go in any direction you look is simply breath taking beauty. God truly did his best work here. I know it was a poor choice to go over Independence Day weekend but we were constrained by prior plans to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Next year I will go again at the end of May and stay until the Going To The Sun Road opens.

If you have any aspirations of visiting Glacier you better go soon. One hundred years ago there were 130 glaciers. Now there are just 25. The experts say all of the glaciers will be gone by 2020.

It is hard to choose a few images to show from the thousands I made. In Glacier you could literally swing your camera around by the strap and make good photos. But here are a few photos.
